At FOARUS, each candle is carefully handcrafted and inspected to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on each case.

Order Issues
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, improper use, or minor variations in color, scent, or appearance, as each item is handmade.
